CRITICAL POINTS

The client was in an emergency situation and needed this cargo to arrive as soon as possible to repair an oil implant.
Our team personally inspected the goods to prepare the packing list and found out certein machines we were to transport were dangerous goods.
We chose to use a Charter plane, that landed in Malpensa and quickly loaded up, under the direct supervision of our project manager, to fly to Kazakhstan as soon as possible.
The cargo was delivered in a record time of one week from the first call from our client. This is why our client decided to open up an emergency service in his sector, knowing they can trust Punto System
