We provide a large network of agents to ensure “free at the customer's premises” delivery anywhere in the world thanks to the Plan@ Program.

This system includes for each shipment:

• A dedicated team always at your disposal.
• Quick and thorough requirements analysis.
• Collaboration with the client to check conditions and project restrictions.
• Fast quantification of the resources and detailed quotation:
  • Within 1 hour after the request for shipments by air airport/airport and by sea LCL port/port
  • Within 24 hours after the request for shipments by sea FCL port/port.
• Check of regulations applicable in the country of destination and of the required documentation.
• For shipments covered by letter of credit, preventive feasibility analysis and evaluation of relevant points in the credit text.
• Prompt dispatch of transport documents by Punto System to the client (such as AWB and B/L) for validation and approval.
• Validation of goods and packaging conformity based on transportation’s needs.
• Constant tracking of all shipping steps with notification to client.
• Immediate dispatch of the DAE (export document) and MRN (Movement Reference Number) to the client upon completion of customs formalities.
• In case of DAP, DAT or DDP deliveries, the client receives a delivery notice duly stamped and signed by the recipient.
• Notifications by mail of shipping, transshipping/arrival at destination
• Free dispatch of original shipping documentation.
• If necessary, free completion of the MRN administrative procedure.
• In the event of incidents during transportation, free and complete handling of the refund procedure.
